Resolved Question: is my computer infected?

i have norton 360 premier edition i clicked on a site, i was goggling something and i clicked on the site and this popped up

but as soon as it started loading i closed it immediately. and then my norton 360 popped up saying a threat has been blocked view details.
i saw the details and it said the risk is high, auto protect has detected Trojan.Fakeavalert. and it says staus blocked.

is my computer infected or did norton block it?

i did a full scan and everything looked good to me. but theres always that what if...
