Voting Question: Blog title change/alternate.?

Is it possible to have the "secondary title" on my blog alternate on a page refresh?

I have too many quotes that I love and want to list them all, but that would be cluttered. is there a way that I can have a list saved somewhere online or something and then have the secondary title just auto-change on refresh?
