Resolved Question: what is part of the code that hiding the bottom links on myspace?

I did a layout on photoshop and I have my profile the exact way I want it. And I like my friends and comments in a scroll box. Everytime I put that code for a scroll box it covers the bottom links and I know myspace doesn't allow that. CAN ANYONE HELP PLEASE?!
